The Biomimic Foundation 4-in-1 is a luxury liquid foundation that adapts to your skin tone, offering a natural, flawless finish. It hydrates, conceals, and provides SPF 50 protection. With a lightweight, non-comedogenic formula, it’s suitable for all skin types and is free of parabens and artificial fragrances. Available in light, medium, and dark shades, it’s designed to stay put all day without oxidation or caking.

To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

Shipping Process

We require between 2-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. 

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out. 

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations. 

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. 

For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Deliveries

Shipping time varies by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

Decindo is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change. 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Customers have a period of 30 days from the date of product acquisition to initiate a refund request. For items bought but not yet dispatched, a cancellation/restocking charge of 10% is applicable if more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase. For items that have been dispatched or delivered, a 30% restocking fee is applicable for returns made within 30 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period. 

Please note that the restocking fee is waived only for returns of products that are defective upon arrival. Returns for personal reasons will incur a 30% restocking charge. Depending on your location, we may provide a shipping label for returns; otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to an address provided upon request.

POLICY FOR PRODUCTS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL

We understand the value of our products and ensure thorough quality checks before dispatch. Every product is rigorously inspected to guarantee all components are included and functioning properly.

Should a product be defective upon arrival, report the issue to us within 24 hours of receipt for assistance. We will facilitate an exchange under these conditions:

- The product must be returned in its original state without any modifications, disassembly, or tampering.

- If the packaging is damaged during transit, we can offer a free replacement upon evidence of such damage. We will send a replacement after reviewing and accepting the evidence.

Each case will be treated individually, and we are committed to providing the best possible resolution. We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds and to make final decisions on this policy, especially in cases suspected of fraud.
